Is change what you need right now, or are you holding on dearly to all that is familiar?  For most of us, change is terrifying or at best uncomfortable, and we do not always ask for it. However, it could be a good thing, and it might be worth embracing.

A couple of points to consider:

It does not need to be big – A small change in our lives can be hugely beneficial. It can bring a lot of rewards both emotionally and physically. Take the time to focus on what areas of your life you would like to see some change happen. This could be with a relationship, your career, financial or health.

Support is important – A guiding hand or an encouraging voice can be a great help. Someone to simply take on that half an hour walk with you, can make that half an hour of exercise you want more enjoyable. Reach out and ask for some support, it can make all the difference.

Celebrate the small wins – Be kind to yourself, do not forget to give yourself a clap on the back for doing well, and achieving you small victories.

Build on the momentum – This can help to keep you going, keep looking and driving ahead. In our current climate this can be difficult bit, it is important to have a vision for the future and see what success could like for us. It will keep you motivated.
