📢 Quarter 4 – Here I come!

📌 Months and quarters can roll from one to the other whether your self-employed or running a large corporate. So important to take stock at the beginning of each quarter to review where you are….especially when the final quarter is the home stretch.

📌Since I have sent up my business I have always followed the same structure I had when I was a Manager running a business for my employer. The same work ethic the same focus and the same metrics.

📌What is different is it’s just me being accountable for my outputs, it’s my ideas, my creativity and my focus that guide my business…..I love it but I miss the team element of what I had when I wasn’t self employed.

📌What helps to counter that, is getting out of my office, away from my desk and finding somewhere I can be creative and that will always be beside the sea…the best place in the world to focus and get some thinking and planning going…

📌That message may help someone else who is working by themselves or thinking about becoming self employed. A simple message of focus, metrics, planning, work ethic and a bit of creativity a very good recipe for success.
