Out and about…! Talking about all things careers….

It was lovely to join the team at Volkswagen Insurance Company dac  who took another meaningful step in their career transition the company moves to  Germany.

The session was engaging, insightful, and focused on sharing values, perspectives, market insights, and practical tools that will support this team throughout this period of change. It was encouraging to see real progress already being made, with more sessions planned in the months ahead.

Although the organisation will soon begin a new chapter in Germany, the leadership team are committed to their people and their focus remains with their team at the centre of everything we do. Investing in their development, confidence, and future opportunities continues to be a priority – especially during times of transition.
