Celebrating International Women’s Day
💡 I have been fortunate to have lots of women who have inspired me to succeed…..and now I feel the responsibility of inspiring the next generation of women to inspire them to succeed and share some of my learning.
💡Success is a gift that needs a lot of hard work….but also a lot of balance…if I have learnt anything over my 30 years of work it’s that hard work is good but a productive, healthy, resilient person needs rest and recuperation.
💡My early career was definitely missing a lot of rest… I was hungry, eager to be the best in my field and driven to put in all the hours needed to achieve that….
💡Life however has taught me that to be the best I can be for my clients, students, children and everyone that depends on me, I need to be rested and recharged….I am hoping to pass that on as an really important learning.
💡I am lucky I get to recharge during the summer in West Clare, the picture is my eldest and I enjoying a warm sea weed bath in Doolin. I can’t think of a nicer way to recharge and connect with each other.
