Great to get such positive feedback – Outplacement Success!

Thank you to Ruth Geraghty for inviting me to support the team at Volkswagen Insurance Company dac and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.

I really enjoyed working with the team as they prepared for their next roles following the closure of the Irish business. I met some lovely, talented people, and it was a pleasure to help them recognise what they had to offer and prepare for their next career move.

Here’s what Ruth shared about our work together.

“Volkswagen Insurance Company dac (VICO) engaged the services of Maria Ryan to provide career advice and support to our employees on the closure of VICO in Ireland. This included psychometric testing, and both group and individual coaching sessions.

Maria has extensive knowledge of the Irish labour market, recruitment trends and insights, CV and interview preparation, all of which were invaluable to the team. Alongside this knowledge is her skill in helping people to identify and achieve their career goals through her very practical, structured and supportive approach.

The feedback received from every employee was extremely positive, and we have no doubt that our team is now well equipped for their next career moves. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Maria’s services.”

Wishing everyone on the team all the best in whatever comes next.
