Away from the Lecture Halls πββοΈ
This weekend, Yvonne Ryan-Fogarty and I swapped the lecture halls at the University of Limerick for the roads of Lahinch, taking on a very challenging half marathon together.
Yvonne and I met through sea swimming but have now become running friends, yesterday was a challenging half marathon with some very tough hills, but stunning scenery, and a great post race dip in the sea to ease out the legs.
Lovely day out with great company, September sunshine, chats and plans for the next one. Hard to beat it.
