Feel the fear and do it anyway!

📣 Feel the fear and do it anyway!…It sounds easy, but it can be hard to pull off…I recently got the opportunity to take on driving a jet ski and was lucky to be able to share that with my daughter..

💡 Such a great day and while we were terrified and I felt such a weight of responsibility to keep us both safe, we loved it, it was a great experience and great fun….

💡We all need to try and be brave and take on change…learning experiences and things that will challenge us….I see it all the time across my desk….

💡I would encourage everyone to take a leap of faith and build a plan to get the change you want in your career….the reward of achieving your goal will be so worthwhile.

💡I have been out of my comfort zone so many times….especially since I have been self-employed, it has taught me that it’s perfectly ok, it builds resilience, and strengthens my ability to grow, change and learn…

💡It also adds to a sharing learning with other people that is simply powerful….
