Almost ready to close out a very successful year in business…..

📣 2025 brought new opportunities for me, I spent a lot of time in Dublin….both teaching and coaching and enjoyed all of it….(pic is the North Docks in the morning…lovely for a 🏃‍♀️ )

📣The market this year brought a lot of opportunities for my clients….they brought some amazing roles to my desk…and in turn I learnt so much about so many different roles and industries….the public sector has had a very busy year with a lot different roles across all areas….including the Government Departments, Colleges, Councils, Not-for-profit, HSE and many many more….

📣The private sector has also been extremely busy with a lot of diverse roles in industries such as Manufacturing, MedTech, FinTech, Financial Services….and many more…

👩‍🎓 I have also deepened my knowledge of “Reflective Learning” this year, as I got the opportunity to lead a number of modules in this area….we all should be adding “Reflection” into your daily life’s, there is such value in reflecting on what we have just experienced or learnt…..it deepens our learning and develops a new skill that will help us to grow and develop…..

💡 Hard to put it all into one post….but if I had to summarise…..”There is opportunity for learning and growth in everything”…We just need to be open to taking it in…..
